Organization: The Columbus Association for Growing Businesses committee develops goals and objectives for the program. Five Block Captains are charged with delivering information to members. Staff assists committee members in carrying out the identified goals.

Economic Development: Attracting new businesses to downtown and retaining the businesses already located in the area are constant.
